The idea behind the practice

Problems don't exist in a vacuum.

The way I understand it, the way we respond to stress, relationships, work, and responsibility develops in context. Sometimes patterns that once made sense stop working. Sometimes the problem isn't simply within the person at all—it also lives in the expectations, relationships, roles, and systems around them.

I offer a place to get curious about those patterns without reducing you to them. Together, we can understand how a problem developed, what keeps it going, and what might allow something different to emerge.

For leaders and professionals, that can mean looking not only at what is happening internally, but also at the environments in which you are being asked to function—the pressures of leadership, organizational culture, family roles, identity, relationships, and the expectations you carry for yourself and from others.

What people arrive with

Reasons people start, in their own words.

01

Running on reserves, with the work still getting done

02

A mind that works differently than the system expects

03

Thinking that has quietly become the problem

04

The same pattern repeating with different people

05

Being the person everyone else depends on

06

Weighing a bigger role, or a change to the system you work in

07

Standing between two versions of your life

About psychotherapy here

The approach

Understanding first.
Then change that holds.

I don't limit the work to reducing symptoms. I look closely at the patterns underlying how you think, relate, lead, perform, and respond to pressure—then I help translate that understanding into different choices, conversations, and ways of living.
